bill?

When I suscribed at telenet they told me that I will not pay for the installation/activation and I got a bill yesterday and I show that I am charged 185 for  installation and activation? What has happenend? What should I do?

Sometimes these activation and installation cost get wrongly billed. I'd suggest you contact customer support at 015/66.66.66 and ask if they can rectify this for you. Normally they're able to remove the cost from your invoice if it was wrongfully billed.
